What most impresses me about Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani is the culture of cooperation and mutual respect that is pervasive in every department.  I now know that it comes from the top down.

I had the opportunity to meet the owners and department heads before I made my final decision to join the team.  The clear vision for the direction and growth of Verani Realty and the sincere interest of all to help me bring my business to the next level was intoxicating.  I'm now high on Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani!

Verani Realty is a company that has survived the many roller coaster rides this cyclical industry goes through. In order to survive in that kind of environment you need to have a strong foundation and a brilliant strategy for growth.

Once you have met Margherita and Giovanni Verani, it doesn't take long to see they love what they do and are great at it.  We are all lucky that they are at the helm of our futures.  I am looking forward to being part of this progressive family run company, its staff and the many fine agents companywide.

I have been in the industry since 1978, when I was recruited from my marketing studies to work with one the Nation's largest Real Estate Developers.  In the 35 years since, I had built an organization that specialized in on-site sales of land, home and condo developments.  At times, I would have up to 50 agents on the floor and a marketing department with a staff of eight ad executives tasked with providing two prospects per day per rep.

I am married to my high school sweetheart and we are blessed with four beautiful daughters, six wonderful grandchildren and holding. When not working, my family and I will be outdoors; hunting, fly fishing, boating, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, landscaping, planting a garden or trees, paddle boarding, windsurfing or reading a bedtime story or a new novel. Cooking is relaxing for me and I love to put on a spread. I have only one guilty pleasure away from everyone and that is enjoying an occasional fine cigar.

My volunteering efforts are dedicated to working with NH Fish and Game as a licensed Hunter Safety Instructor in archery and firearms.  I am most proud of teaching hunters that they are conservationists and responsible stewards of the land and wildlife.  The millions of dollars in funds raised by hunting and fishing licensing go directly to saving wildlife habitat, creating conservation land, controlling big game seasons to insure healthy numbers and the stalking of trout and salmon in our lakes, rivers, and ponds.
