Pam Douglas is a licensed New Hampshire REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty, serving residential buyers and sellers across Southern New Hampshire, the Lakes Region south, and communities throughout Rockingham, Merrimack, Hillsborough, Strafford, Carroll, Belknap, and Cheshire counties. Licensed since 2003, Pam brings more than two decades of real estate experience, a professional background in marketing, certification in residential new construction, and deep local knowledge of New Hampshire communities, property types, and lifestyle markets.

Pam’s priority service areas include Chester, Hampstead, Atkinson, Plaistow, Sandown, Kensington, Rye, New Castle, Seabrook, East Kingston, and the southern Lakes Region. She works with all types of residential real estate clients, including sellers, buyers, luxury clients, relocation buyers, first-time buyers, downsizers, waterfront and second-home clients, new construction buyers, investors, condo clients, and senior moves. In 2025, Pam recorded $10.4 million in sales volume.

Before building her real estate career, Pam worked in marketing at a national networking company. That background continues to shape her approach to helping sellers prepare, position, and market their homes. For buyers, her years of living and working in New Hampshire provide practical insight into local towns, neighborhoods, commuting patterns, community amenities, property styles, and the lifestyle benefits of different areas.

Originally from the South Shore of Boston, Pam grew up in Hampstead, has lived in Derry, and currently lives in Chester, where she raised her two children. She enjoys the New Hampshire lifestyle year-round, from hiking, kayaking, four-wheeling, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, fishing, and spending time near the coast. Her personal connection to the region gives clients more than market data — it gives them practical, first-hand guidance from someone who knows New Hampshire communities well.
