Hello! I’m Rachael

My husband and I are proud homeowners in Hartland, where we’re enjoying life as newlyweds and putting down roots in the place that has always felt like home. After growing up in the Upper Valley and spending eight years away, it feels especially meaningful to live and work here. I got into real estate after a great experience buying my own home through Kate & Co., which showed me how important it is to have a supportive, knowledgeable agent. I’m especially passionate about helping families and first-time buyers find a property that truly feels like “home.” When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with family and friends, baking sourdough, or gardening.
