Pairing his persistent approach to problem-solving with his genuine love for working with clients, Alexandre’s goal is to make the real estate process as smooth, satisfying, and fun as possible, whether you are a buyer or a seller.

After years of working nationally and internationally on a wide range of building, landscape, and interior design projects, Alexandre realized there was nothing he enjoyed more than regular face-to-face interaction with clients, inspiring him to expand into the real estate profession. As a licensed architect and the owner of his own small architecture firm, Alexandre continues to nurture his passion for thoughtfully-designed buildings through architectural research and design projects. Having lived and worked in Los Angeles, California and Montreal, Canada, Alexandre returned to the New Hampshire Seacoast area to live close to family. He holds a 5-year professional Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University, and a post-professional Master of Architecture in Architectural History and Theory from McGill University. He has taught residential interior design, design research, and professional branding as an Adjunct Professor at Endicott College. Alexandre loves languages and is fluent in English and French, and he enjoys practicing German and Spanish whenever the opportunity arises! When he isn’t working with real estate clients or designing buildings, Alexandre enjoys cooking gourmet meals, reading architectural history and theory, and traveling throughout  New England and beyond in search of  the best coffee shops, restaurants, and architecture.
