About Steve

Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, Steve moved to the Lakes Region in 1984 after being Honorably Discharged from the United States Navy with Meritorious Mast/Commendations for Computer Skills. He joined Berkshire Hathaway Verani Home Services from a recent merger with Lakes Region Realty Group in 2014 and utilizes efficiencies of technology to deliver a “one-stop shopping” experience. Steve pioneered computer technologies in the real estate industry in the Lakes Region back in 1985, setting up the first real estate automation system in New Hampshire.

Steve's clients benefit from his many qualities of leadership, marketing experience, top negotiating skills, and exemplary work ethic. The Institute provides extensive training in luxury home marketing and awards an international designation only to those agents who meet performance standards in the upper tier market. Specializing in luxury homes and estate properties on Lake Winnipesaukee, Stephen has earned the Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation. This elite status has, at the time of this printing, been achieved by only approximately 3,000 agents of over 2 million worldwide.
