About Shelley
“I wasn’t born here, but I got here as fast as I could” - I have heard this saying many times about Maine, and for me it rings especially true. What we have here in Maine is truly special - stunning, rugged coastline; beautiful ,sandy beaches; and amazing forests, rivers and streams that stretch on and on.
My Maine adventure began over 25 years ago with weekend trips to the Winthrop Lakes region and then long weeks on Casco Bay islands. Eventually, my partner and I bought our own piece of paradise when we purchased a 26 acre wooded lot in Downeast Maine. There, my partner and I built a timber frame home and raised pigs, goats, rabbits, and chickens. Quintessential back-to-the-land living.
Kennebunk is our home base now - we have owned a home here since 2008 - and I can’t imagine living anywhere else.
With my previouse experience as a residential condominium property manager and a home improvement contractor, I bring a unique perspective to my clients. What this means for home sellers is that I can your position your property so that you realize the full financial potential.
