A graduate of Plymouth State University, Julianne earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice before pursuing a master's degree in Criminal Justice Administration. Her diverse professional background includes sales, hospitality, customer service, insurance, and office management, providing her with the strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills that are essential in today's real estate market. In addition to her real estate career, she holds a position with the United States District Court, where integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and client advocacy are at the core of her work.

After spending several years in Ohio, Julianne returned to New Hampshire to build her career and raise her family. Having grown up in Northern New Hampshire, attended college in Plymouth, and made her home in Concord, she has a deep appreciation for the communities and lifestyles that make the Granite State unique. Her firsthand knowledge of the state allows her to guide clients with valuable local insight, from relocating, buying their first home, upgrading, downsizing, or investing.
